Our third annual Catering and Tablescape Challenge Gala, will once again be a unique event incorporating both food and design.
We are please to be in our new permanent home for the Fork Gala, at Metro Community College's Institute for the Culinary Arts' new state of the art building.
This fundraising event features two competitions inforporating both food and design;
Chef Challenge: The first will showcase the culinary talents of local member chefs in a culinary challenge preparing unique and creative three course meal. This years' chefs are:
Chef Darren Cobb - Hilton Omaha
Chef Nathan Newhouse - Attitude on Food
Chef Rocky Rocha - The Magnolia Hotel
Tablescape Challenge: The second challenge is a tablescape competition highlighting the decor aspect of event execution.
